10 Days to your next Era

You don't need to become a different woman.

You need the space to remember who you are.

For 10 mornings, women from around the world will come together live to step away from the noise and turn their attention inward.

This isn't about me telling you who you should become.

It's about creating a space where you can reflect honestly on where you've been, understand where you are now and consciously decide where you're going next.

We'll journal. We'll talk. We'll listen. We'll share. We'll take accountability. We'll ask ourselves questions we don't always make time to ask.

Because before you can intentionally create your next chapter, you need to understand the woman who's creating it.

You are not starting AGAIN. You're starting with everything life has already taught you.

And for women of faith, there will also be space to explore what it means to co create your life with God, trusting that life may be happening for you, even when you don't yet understand why.

10 days. Women around the globe. One hour every morning.

Your 10 Days

Start date 5th October-15th October 2026, Live on Zoom @7am UK time

DAY 01 | MEET YOURSELF AGAIN

Before deciding where you're going, we'll slow down and honestly look at where you are right now, without judgement, performance or pretending.

DAY 02 | WHAT ARE YOU NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR?

We'll explore the patterns, relationships, behaviours and versions of yourself that may no longer belong in your next chapter.

DAY 03 | THE WOMAN YOU'RE BECOMING

Who are you underneath the expectations? We'll begin exploring the woman you're choosing to become and what she requires from you.

DAY 04 | WHERE ARE YOU PLAYING SMALL?

A conversation about fear, judgement, visibility and the places where you've been making yourself smaller than you really are.

DAY 05 | WHAT DO YOU ACTUALLY WANT?

Not what looks good. Not what society told you to want. Not what everyone around you expects. What do you want?

DAY 06 | CHOOSE YOURSELF

What happens when you stop waiting for someone else to give you permission, love, experiences or the life you've been craving?

DAY 07 | RAISE THE STANDARD

We'll look honestly at what you tolerate, what you accept and what your relationships, friendships and boundaries reveal about your relationship with yourself.

DAY 08 | CREATE A LIFE THAT FEELS LIKE YOURS

We'll move beyond simply knowing what you don't want and begin exploring what a full, exciting and deeply aligned life looks like for you.

DAY 09 | CO CREATE YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

Vision meets action. We'll explore where you're being called next and what it looks like to move forward with intention, trust and faith.

DAY 10 | ENTER YOUR NEXT ERA

We bring everything together. What are you leaving behind? What are you taking with you? And, most importantly, who are you choosing to be from here?

Who is this really for?

This is for the woman who can feel that something is shifting.

You might not know exactly what your next chapter looks like yet, but you know you are no longer the woman you used to be.

You're in that space between who you were and who you're becoming.

Maybe you're rebuilding your life. Maybe you've outgrown certain relationships, environments, habits or versions of yourself. Maybe nothing is necessarily wrong, but deep down, you know something needs to change.

10 Days to Your Next Era is for you if:

You feel like you're in a season of transition and you're ready to find clarity in the unknown.

You can feel change coming, but right now you're somewhere in the middle, feeling stuck, restless or unsure of your next move.

You're ready to let go of an older version of yourself and create space for the woman you're becoming.

You're not just interested in talking about change. You're ready to actually make changes.

You're ready to take ownership of your life, your choices, your boundaries and what happens next.

You know the power of being surrounded by other women, but finding women who truly get you hasn't always been easy.

You're ready to stop waiting for the perfect moment, the perfect relationship or someone else's permission to create the life you want.

You're ready to understand yourself more deeply, trust yourself more fully and become more intentional about where your energy goes.

And most importantly, you're ready to choose yourself.

This space welcomes women of all backgrounds, cultures, relationship statuses and walks of life.

You don't need to have everything figured out.

You don't need to arrive as the finished version of yourself.

You just need to know you're ready for something different.

You're ready to step into your Bond Gurl Era.

I think I've always known I was different.

I grew up without my parents, and from a very young age, I understood that my experience of life wasn't the same as the other children around me.

But it went deeper than my circumstances.

My brain worked differently. I thought differently. I questioned everything.

I didn't want the things everyone else seemed to want, and I couldn't understand why I was supposed to follow a path simply because it was the path everyone else was taking.

I was often the black sheep. The odd one out.

But underneath all of that was a deep curiosity about life. A desire for expansion that I didn't yet have the language to explain.

I just knew there had to be more.

At 12 years old, I made a decision that I wanted to carve out a life for myself. Not one that had been handed to me. Not one that looked like everyone else's. A life that felt true to me.

Something I hadn't seen anyone around me do before.

I didn't understand it then, but looking back now, I can see that so much of the path I've walked has been divinely guided.

What I know now is that God was there all along.

For the past 11 years, I've travelled the world solo, following curiosity, intuition, faith and sometimes a path that made absolutely no sense to anyone but me.

That journey has taken me across the world, through extended periods of fasting and solitude, into the jungle and even walking for 35 days from France to Spain after receiving what I believed was a vision from God telling me that I needed to go.

My open mindedness, curiosity and free spirit have led me into rooms I could never have planned for, creating events, connecting people, having incredible experiences and meeting extraordinary people from completely different walks of life.

But the greatest journey has never been about how many countries I've visited or how far I've travelled.

It has been the journey back to myself.

Over the years, I've stripped away labels, expectations and ideas of who I thought I was supposed to be and started asking a much bigger question:

Who am I when I remove everything the world has told me I am?

That question has transformed my relationship with God, with other people and, most importantly, with myself.

I've learned to trust my own voice. To protect my energy. To set boundaries without guilt. To say no. To stop giving everyone access to me. To take accountability for my choices and recognise that every experience, even the ones I wouldn't choose again, has taught me something about the woman I am becoming.

I've learned that knowing yourself changes everything.

The people you allow into your life. The opportunities you say yes to. The relationships you're willing to walk away from. The way you spend your time. The standards you hold. The dreams you're brave enough to pursue.

And somewhere along the way, my own journey stopped being only about me.

It led me to create projects and experiences and to build communities of women around the world.

Again and again, I've found myself bringing women together.

Not only to connect them with each other, but to create spaces where they can reconnect with themselves.

To talk honestly. To be seen. To question what they want. To explore who they're becoming. To meet women they may never otherwise have crossed paths with.

And somehow, this unconventional path has even led me to being cast on one of the biggest reality television shows.

I can't tell you everything about that chapter just yet.

More on that in a couple of months ;) .

But perhaps that's the point.

I could never have planned many of the most extraordinary experiences of my life.

They came from remaining open. Following the nudges. Trusting God. Taking the opportunities that felt aligned and having the courage to walk through doors without always knowing what was waiting on the other side.

Today, I live in Bali and I'm building Bond Gurl Era, a global community and movement for women who are ready to know themselves more deeply, choose themselves more intentionally and create lives that genuinely reflect who they are.

Because I believe something is shifting amongst women.

We're questioning old definitions of success, relationships, femininity and what our lives are supposed to look like.

We're remembering that our power doesn't come from competing with men or becoming harder.

There is power in being a woman.

There is power in knowing yourself.

There is power in knowing when to stay, when to leave, when to speak, when to be still and when it's time to choose something different.

I spent much of my life feeling like the odd one out.

Now I understand that I wasn't here to fit into a life that had already been created for me. I was here to create my own.

And I want other women to know they can too.

10 Days to Your Next Era is the space I created for us to begin.
